She has a vision and determination for what she wants. She waters her plants at 6 a.m before her morning coffee. The perfect paloma cocktail recipe for any occasion that can be made in a big batch for your next event. One of Mexico’s most common drinks, La Paloma is celebrated for its perfectly balanced mixtures of sweet, sour, and salty notes that come together with every sip.
(Serves 8-10)
12 oz Tequila Blanco
12 oz Grapefruit Soda (Preferably Grapefruit soda made from cane sugar for an authentic mexican paloma flavor )
6 oz Grapefruit Juice
4 oz Lime Juice
4 oz Agave Syrup
16 oz Soda Water ( Topo Chico Preferred )
Pour the paloma ingredients into a large pitcher filled with ice, adding soda water last. Stir gently to combine the ingredients. Salt the rim of a tall glass using rock salt and Pour your paloma ingredients and there you have a your very own paloma cocktail tequila. You may garnish with lime wheels and grapefruit slices.
